The Program
The Josephburg Playschool is sponsored by the Josephburg Agricultural Society and based in the community hall. We have a wonderful, small, rural playschool located in the the hamlet of Josephburg and it caters to the needs of the children and families in the surrounding area. This program has been running for over 20 years.
Playschool is a very exciting time. By using music, drama, story-telling, puppets, arts and crafts and many other tools, we hope to foster an environment which will encourage both social and emotional growth for the children. We often have visitors come in and we have special days. Through the course of the session academic concepts are introduced through incidental learning. The Josephburg Playschool provides your child with important building blocks for future learning.
Additional Information
The Josephburg Playschool is for 3-4 year olds. The program runs Mon and Wed mornings from 9:00 – 11:30 am. The Josephburg Playschool runs three sessions, September through December, January through March, and April through June.
