It is our honour to introduce a new scholarship this fall in the name of our long-time director, Doug Maschmeyer.
Doug was on the Josephburg Ag board for over 13 years and a very dedicated volunteer at that. He was with the Josephburg Presents committee, often taking the lead on 50/50s. He was a master at conversation which lead to brisk sales. His smile and chuckle is something we remember with fondness.
Three scholarships are offered this fall. The one in Doug’s name will be awarded to the recipient who shows mentorship qualities and an interest in helping others.
